Limited Warranty
Full refund, less shipping charge, if whistle is returned within 30 days of receipt and in like new condition. If whistle is exchanged within first 30 days, we will send out the replacement whistle upon receipt of original whistle with no additional postage charge.Whistle must be in like new condition. Within the first year, if needed, the whistle will be repaired or replaced for free, if defect in workmanship. After one year, whistles are repaired for a reasonable charge (minimum $15) plus postage. Abuse or modification of whistle will void warranty.

Returned Whistles
Send whistle back with a detailed note of explanation. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email. DO NOT use round mailing tubes. Priority Mail Boxes are FREE from the post office. NO refunds_ given for whistles damaged in transit. Any whistle returned for refund must be in like-new condition.

Thumbhole option is not refundable
There is an additional $15 restocking fee on thumbhole whistles returned for exchange and a $25 restocking fee for thumbhole whistles returned for refund.
